About The Virtual Office Group
Our History
The Virtual Office is a small family business founded in 1990 by Richard Nissen. The idea was derived from working practices Richard experienced whilst working in New York. When he returned to London he founded Business Space in 1980, one of the UK’s very first business centres, and trademarked the term Virtual Office.
As business developed Richard was joined by his brother, Anthony, to grow and manage the Virtual Office business.
As a result of their experience, knowledge and courage The Virtual Office client base has grown by two thirds in ten years.
In l996 The Virtual Office Group gained ISO 9001 accreditation and we continue to improve our systems and processes to this high standard.
